Nightmare Rising Haunt Frequently asked questions

-- Is Nightmare Rising ok for smaller children?

Nightmare Rising is recommended for guests 13 and older.

We also offer our No Scare Necklace. These magical necklaces make the wearer completely invisible to our monsters.

As the evening progresses, Nightmare Rising's intensity increases. For our youngest guests, we recommend attending before 8:30 pm.

Guests 17 and under must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian

-- Will the monsters touch the guests?

In the two extreme attractions (Zombie Survival Experience and Fight or Flight), the monsters WILL TOUCH YOU.

All guests entering these attractions MUST SIGN A WAIVER before entering. Any guest 17 and under must have a parent or responsible adult sign the waiver and accompany them.

Our zombies are highly trained and constantly monitored by over 200 cameras to ensure no intentional inappropriate contact occurs.

-- Does Nightmare Rising accept Debit/Credit cards?

Yes, we accept all standard credit cards, credit cards, and even Apple pay. We are cashless.

Yes, we sell tickets online as well as at the door. We encourage everyone to purchase in advance to

No, we will honor any legitimate ticket for the date you purchased it. If you happen to miss the date we will accept it on any other date. Our ticketing system assigns

-- Does Nightmare Rising allow guests to bring outside FOOD or BEVERAGES?

NO, but we offer a wonderful variety of delicious themed food and beverages for sale in our Snack Shack.

-- Can guests of all ages experience all attractions?

YES, we allow all guests with a valid ticket to experience all of our attractions. However, due to the extreme realism and intensity, we recommend children be at least 13 years old.

-- What is Nightmare Rising’s policy on drugs and alcohol?

For the safety of our guests and cast members, Nightmare Rising has a strict no drugs or alcohol policy. Any guest caught with these items will be escorted off the property with no refund given. Additionally, any guest showing impairment, or suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol, will also be escorted off the property with no refund given.

-- Does Nightmare Rising give refunds?

NO, but if you purchased tickets and were unable to attend that particular night we will honor your tickets for a different night. The ticket has a one scan setup so as long is your ticket has not been scanned it is valid.
